45 minute closed book end of course test of 22 questions.

Health and safety risk assessment in your own workplace - this consists of Inspection and Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, Report Writing and an Active Monitoring exercise. This must be submitted to the training provider by the date specified (usually within 10 days of the end of the course).
