Pathway 1: Cold Formed Steel Frame - Assembly
The ProQual Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Construction using Off-site Manufactured Assemblies (Construction) qualification provides a nationally recognised qualification for those working in the occupational area of construction using off-site manufactured assemblies. The qualification assesses occupational competence in the workplace where candidates are required to demonstrate skills and knowledge to a level required in the construction industry.
There are three pathways:
Pathway 1: Cold Formed Steel Frame - Assembly
Pathway 2: Erection of Precast Concrete - Flooring
Pathway 3: Erection of Precast Concrete - Cladding
The awarding organisation for this qualification is ProQual Awarding Body and the regulatory body is the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual).
This qualification has been accredited onto the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF).

Candidates must demonstrate the level of knowledge described in the unit. Assessment is the process of measuring a candidates knowledge and understanding against the standards set in the qualification.
Each candidate is required to produce evidence which demonstrates their achievement of all of the learning outcomes and assessment criteria for each unit.
Evidence can include:

worksheets
portfolio of evidence
record of oral and /or written questioning
candidate test papers
