Upon completion of the course a certificate will be issued which is approved by the First Aid Industry Body which is valid for three years. HSE “STRONGLY RECOMMENDS†that an annual refresher training course is attended every year!

Acting safely, promptly and effectively in an emergency
Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Treating an unconscious casualty (including seizure)
Choking
Wounds and bleeding

Preventing cross infection, recording incidents and actions and the use of available equipment
Introduction to a defibrillator
