We work closely with sector bodies, key training providers and employers to develop tailored, easy to use qualifications for ITC Centres. We are especially renowned for supporting Centres delivering first aid qualifications.

ITC - Level 2 Food Safety

Ideal for:
  • Childcare providers
  • Care workers
  • Those working in the catering industry
  • Volunteers who prepare food as part of their roles.

ITC - Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work

Ideal for:

This qualification indicates an individual can undertake the role of First Aider in the Workplace that may have been identified by a workplace risk assessment, and can be relied upon by employers to satisfy the due diligence requirements of the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) for EFAW training providers.

The qualification will benefit all who need to be introduced to emergency first aid in the workplace and those who require requalification training in emergency first aid in the workplace.

Successful completion of the course will result in knowledge and skills that have been identified by the HSE for the safe, effective and prompt treatment of injuries and illness in the workplace.

ITC - Level 3 Award in Emergency Paediatric First Aid

Ideal for:

This qualification indicates an individual can undertake the role of Paediatric First Aider in a role that has responsibility for the welfare of infants and children. The award has been designed to fulfil the need for effective paediatric first aid training set out in The Early Years Foundation Stage Guidance. It may also have been identified as necessary by a workplace risk assessment.

The qualification will benefit all who work in the early years environment and with pre-puberty children.

ITC - Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work

Ideal for:

Employers have to risk assess their workplace first aid requirements and the 3-day First Aid at Work (FAW) qualification is one of the statutory qualifications for this purpose.

Successful completion will result in the knowledge and skills that have been identified by the HSE for the management of emergency incidents and the treatment of illness and injuries in the workplace.

ITC - Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (Re-qualification)

Ideal for:

Employers have to risk assess their workplace first aid requirements and the 3-day* First Aid at Work (FAW) qualification is one of the statutory qualifications for this purpose.

Successful completion will result in the knowledge and skills that have been identified by the HSE for the management of emergency incidents and the treatment of illness and injuries in the workplace.

ITC - Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid

Ideal for:

This qualification is designed for workers caring for children in the absence of their parents. This qualification meets Ofsted requirements for those working in early years settings.  Currently the EYFS statutory framework requires at least one person who has a current paediatric first aid certificate to be on the premises or outings at all times, when children are present.
