FAA - Award in Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health Level 1.

Ideal for:

This 4-hour qualification provides learners with the knowledge to recognise a range of mental health conditions, how to start a supportive conversation and when and how to signpost a person to seek appropriate professional help. Learners will know how to recognise and manage stress.
MHFA - Mental Health First Aid (MHFA).

Ideal for:

Adult MHFA courses are for everyone aged 16 upwards. Every MHFA course is delivered by a quality assured instructor who has attended the Instructor Training programme accredited by the Royal Society for Public Health, and is trained to keep people safe and supported while they learn and is particularly relevant for those with a line management responsibility in an organisation.

MHFA - Adult Mental Health Awareness Champion.

Ideal for:

This one day mental health awareness and skills course qualifies employees as MHFA Champions.

MHFA - Mental Health Awareness.

Ideal for:

The half day mental health first aid course is for those wanting to become more self-aware about their own mental health and to gain a basic awareness of mental health illnesses and how to help themselves and others around them.

Unaccredited - Mental Health First Aid.

Ideal for:

Adult MHFA courses are particularly relevant for those with a line management responsibility in an organisation.

Intermediate Level Mental-Health Qualifications.

This 6-hour qualification provides learners with the knowledge to recognise a range of mental health conditions, how to start a supportive conversation and when and how to signpost a person to seek appropriate professional help. Learners will know how to recognise and manage stress and understand the impact of substance abuse. They will learn about the first aid action plan for mental health, be able to put it in place and know how to implement a positive mental health culture in the workplace.

Advanced Level Mental-Health Qualifications.

FAA - Award in Supervising First Aid for Mental Health Level 3.

Ideal for:

This 12-hour qualification provides learners with the knowledge to recognise a wide range of mental health conditions and learn about the support/therapy provided by professional healthcare providers. They will know how to start a supportive conversation and when and how to signpost a person to seek appropriate professional help. Learners will recognise and manage stress and understand the impact of substance abuse.
