The ATHE Level 3 Diploma in Business is a 60-credit Ofqual regulated qualification and is the equivalent level to an A Level or Access to HE qualification. It has been designed for learners who wish to progress to a business or management degree but may not have the traditional entry qualifications usually required.
This qualification is designed to provide opportunities for learners to acquire a range of knowledge and understanding about business and to apply the knowledge and understanding by demonstrating skills in business.
How is it assessed?

The assessment of the ATHE Level 3 Diploma in Business is completed through the submission of internally assessed learner work.

To achieve a pass for a unit, a learner must have successfully achieved the learning outcomes at the pass standard set by the assessment criteria for that unit.

To achieve merit or distinction, the learner must demonstrate that they have achieved the criteria set for these grades.

Learners cannot omit completing work to meet the pass standard and simply work to the higher grades, as this would put a pass for the unit in jeopardy. Similarly, learners cannot complete work to meet the criteria for distinction in the anticipation that this will also meet the criteria for merit. However, where work for the pass standard is marginal, assessors can take into account any extension work completed as this may support achievement of the pass standard.

ATHE - Level 4 Diploma In Hotel and Hospitality Management
During the course of study for their diploma in Hospitality Management, students will gain skills in food and beverage supply chain Management, accounting and cost control, marketing in Hotel and leisure, and more. Upon successful completion of the course, students can pursue positions at hotels, restaurants, resorts, and other associated properties in the Hotel and Hospitality industry.
Prepare for an exciting career in the hospitality industry through the online Hotel Management course. Students on the online Hospitality Management program will undertake a Level 4 240-credit course, designed to prepare students with the skills needed to be a competent employee in the hospitality industry.
How is it assessed? This course is assessed through online assessments and written assignments. Once you have completed each module, you will be provided with an online assessment of 30 multiple-choice questions to complete. Once each module and online assessment is completed you will be provided with the details for each written assessment.
ATHE - Level 4 Extended Diploma in Business and Management
The ATHE Level 4 Extended Diploma in Business and Management 2018 has been designed for learners who wish to develop the skills and knowledge required for roles in junior management. They have also been developed with progression in mind and enable learners to continue on to a range of Bachelors degrees.
The aims of these qualifications are to develop knowledge and understanding in a range of subject areas which are pertinent to the development of participants and to junior management roles in organisations. The qualifications also support progression for learners to higher qualification levels. The associated sample assignments also support the development of skills needed by individuals working with others and carrying levels of responsibility.
How is it assessed?

The assessment of the Level 4 Business and Management qualifications is completed through the submission of internally assessed learner work.

This qualification is suitable if you want to develop your business and administrative management skills and have either already achieved qualifications in business and administrative management at intermediate level or do not have management qualifications, but have qualifications in other areas and/or prior relevant experience in the workplace.
The Level 6 Diploma in Business and Administrative Management is a 120 credit size qualification that outlines how organisations plan their activities at a strategic level, how they implement these plans, how they ensure the smooth running of the organisation, and how this maximises competitive advantage.
How is it assessed? For all ATHE qualifications assessment is completed through the submission of internally assessed learner work. To achieve a pass for a unit, a learner must have successfully achieved the learning outcomes at the standards set by the assessment criteria for that unit. There are no externally set written examinations attached to any unit.
QUALIFI - Level 3 Diploma in Business Management

The Qualifi Level 3 Diploma in Business Management programme aims to provide a career path for learners who wish to develop their core capabilities within the business sector. The outcome of the Diploma, which is a recognised UK Qualification, is for learners to develop the skills required by organisations globally.

Entry to the qualification will be through centre interview and learners will be expected to hold the following:
qualifications at Level 2 and/or;
work experience in a business environment and demonstrate ambition with clear career goals;
Level 3 qualification in another discipline and want to develop their careers in management.
